During “One On one” personal training you have your very own coach assisting, guiding, and pushing you towards your goal.

We will give you the goal-setting and nutritional coaching required to reach your goal. All our private coaching members receive access to our Xpress sessions free of charge. We will also give you access to the gym in your own time to complete programs your trainer has put together for you. All you need to do is show up and be 100% committed to reaching your goal.

 

What are the benefits?

You will be given specific programs to suit you, as well as regular screenings and assessment, and nutritional guides to get you the best results the fastest.

Every one is different in the way they adapt to exercise. There are many aspects that will affect your results; for example, current level of health, past history of exercise, history of poor nutrition, level of compliance, stress etc.

All these factors will have an influence on your end results. If the above are managed well you can expect to lose 0.5% body fat per week or 1 kg of weight; if you are looking to put on weight, 0.5-1 kg per fortnight can be achieved with people new to resistance training.

Outside of the above, you will be feeling more energetic and enthusiastic within the first week of training, and you will notice strength and fitness gains within the first 1-2 weeks.

What do I do when I’m not training with the trainer? Your trainer will outline and show you programs to do by yourself in the days you are not working with them.

How often should I see a personal trainer? We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week to see the real benefits of personal training. Fined goal, the regular assessment will enable you to track your progress.

What other services are included? With all our Personal Training packages you will receive regular goal setting and accountability sessions, regular assessment to enable you to track your progress, regular nutritional coaching and food plan updates and access to the facility to do your prescribed program.

Programming & Nutrition

This package is for the individual that we have deemed fit to work-out without guidance or supervision. You will receive Screening and Assessment, and program updates every 4-6 weeks.
