Functional Group Fitness comprises of groups of 8-12 people in a 60 minute workout focusing on technique, strength, and fitness.

We use a combination of traditional boot camp, cross-fit, and metabolic conditioning to create a complete training routine.

In the group environment we find it is a lot more motivating; you will work harder and achieve greater fat loss, strength, and endurance.
