Fitness requirement

There is absolutely no base fitness requirement expected to be a member of The Results Room/CrossFit Aftermath. A mobility assessment will be completed during your introduction for all inexperienced new members, and it is your responsibility to inform staff every session of any injury or ailment that may effect your training or cause you to sustain further injury.

CrossFit Foundation Package

For those of you who are brand new to CrossFit, we offer a Foundations Package.  This comprises of a movement and mobility assessment, and 3 personal training sessions at a heavily discounted rate with our Head Coach one-on-one.  This will set you up from the start regarding learning the correct technique and form for the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit and to ensure safety and enjoyment and increase confidence.

If you have done CrossFit at a licensed affiliate for a consistent period of time longer then 3 months then you will be able to jump straight in on our classes without the Foundation Package.

12 week coached courses focused on Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Gymnastics for CrossFit.

 

Note: First Round Launching 17th February.

The Program consists of 12 week coached and programmed courses focused on either Powerlifting (bench, squat, deadlifts), Olympic Weightlifting (snatch, clean & jerk and accessories) or Gymnastics (specific to CrossFit).

Class sizes will be capped at six members per class.

The Programs are based on periodisation methods and have been tried and tested to generate measurable results and improve skill and strength. Our programs are suitable for all levels from beginners through to advanced and are fully coached classes.

Gymnastics for CrossFit 12 Week Coached Program

 

Gymnastics provides a great foundation for all sports and physical activity, developing strength and power, flexibility, balance, agility and coordination.

However Gymnastics skills don’t just appear. They take work.  Spend focused time each week improving your bodyweight strength and foundational gymnastics. Whether you’re working on getting your first muscle up or 20 in a row – this program will take your training to the next level.

 12 week program is designed to complement the current CrossFit strength cycle

Powerlifting 12 Week Coached Program

 

Our powerlifting program revolves around the education and technical improvement of the gym’s most foundational movements. The goal of this program is to boost the one rep max’s of your squat, bench press and deadlift not only through practise of the “big three” but also through specifically chosen accessory movements.

This 12 week periodised strength program can be added as a supplement to your current training program, or used as a stand-alone program.

Olympic Weightlifting 12 Week Coached Program

 

The 12 week program will cover the fundamental movements of the snatch and clean & jerk.  It also includes programming of accessory and supplemental work to improve positioning, along with well thought out progressions to help you improve your lifts, setting you on the right path to gaining the technical proficiency in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

Designed to complement the current Crossfit strength cycle, power-based sports or as a stand alone training program.

*Group Classes have priority over the equipment

 

We have three different levels of membership contract available for CrossFit and Personalised depending on your commitment: 12 month memberships, 6 month memberships and month-to-month membership options.  24hr access is a month to month contract.

24 Hour Access:

Month to Month Contract (No suspensions) $20 per week

 

CrossFit:

12 Month Contract (Four Weeks Suspension Privileges) $39 per week

6 Month Contract (Two Weeks Suspension Privileges) $44 per week

Month to Month Contract (No suspensions) $49 per week

 

Personalised:

12 Month Contract (Four Weeks Suspension Privileges) $69 per week

6 Month Contract (Two Weeks Suspension Privileges) $74 per week

Month to Month Contract (No suspensions) $79 per week

 

12 Week Coached Programs:

Our Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics for CrossFit and Powerlifting 12 Week Coached Programs are an additional $20 per week on top of your base membership and it is expected that you commit to the full 12 weeks to get the best results.   Olympic Weightlifting and Gymnastics will be a twice a week program, Powerlifting will be a three times a week program and all programs are to be used to compliment your existing training schedules.
