Liam Kinzett

“A good coach can change a game; a great coach can change a life”

Liam is our Head Coach at The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath. Liam’s responsibilities include Workout Programming, Assessments, Coaching, and Personal Training.

From a young age, Liam was heavily involved in physical activity participating in both individual and team sports. By the age of 16 he had competed at State and National level within Australia and New Zealand in Water Polo, Swimming, Basketball and Volleyball.

Liam is dedicated to teaching functional fitness methodology and strength training though professionally coaching our TRR and CFA community who wish to see their lives change for the better.

Kayla Grevsmuhl

The body will achieve what the mind believes

Kayla is one of our Personal Trainers at The Results Room. She is also being mentored by Liam Kinzett.

From when she was young, Kayla was very involved in different sports. This grew her passion for fitness and pushing herself further than she thought she ever could. From the age of 13, Kayla competed at state level in athletics for 5 years, as well as doing netball, touch and soccer on the side.

Kayla’s ambition in this industry is to show people that they are more capable of what they tell themselves they are.  She wants to help her clients see that they can always work on improving themselves in order to be the best version of themselves, both physically and mentally.

Jamie Giffin

“When in doubt, squat more”

Jamie is Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath and is in charge of membership, staff management and special event co-ordination.  He has nearly 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles in the health industry including over 4 years’ experience in managing large commercial gyms. His life-long ambition has been to help others achieve the same joy, pride and happiness that comes from achieving fitness goals and to also recreate the same sense of friendship and community he experienced when he began his fitness journey 25 years ago.

Jamie doesn’t consider himself a specialist in anything but has trained with elite powerlifters, bodybuilders, weightlifters and CrossFit athletes. He has also trained for 5 years in Muay Thai and Boxing coached by NSW State Champions. Now he is obsessed with Olympic weightlifting.

Kiriana Giffin

“You aren’t going to get the bum you want by sitting on the one you have”

Kiriana is Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath and is in charge of our back-office system, administration and customer relationship management. Kiriana’s previous roles in Recruitment and Human Resource management have developed high level skills in networking, customer retention and event management.

Kiriana represented her state in Netball and Athletics in England.  She also Rowed at an elite level, competing all across England and got through to the finals at Henley Regatta in the UK on two separate occasions while at university.

She specialises in all things rowing.

Richie Milne

“Bodies are made in the kitchen and refined in the gym.” 

Richie is primarily an exercise specialist and health and wellness presenter. He operates a Personal Training business in Melbourne where he lives, and is offering our clients at The Results Room a personalised online body recomposition system combining goal specific programming and nutritional support service as an additional value add to our existing membership options through individual consultation.

Richie is a professional Physique athlete within the International Natural Body Building Association (INBA). He has represented Australia at the pinnacle of natural bodybuilding the ‘Natural Olympia 2015’ where he was awarded a silver and bronze medal across two divisions for Mr Physique.

Richie’s area of specialty is body composition transformation using the Recomp system aligning tailored nutrition with goal specific strength training programming. He has over a decade of experience working as a strength and conditioning coach for elite level athletes or clients seeking a superior level of conditioning with support and accountability which inevitably produces optimal tangible results.
