Camille is a qualified fitness coach and Personal Trainer who brings a load of energy and enthusiasm to the training room.
With a wealth of experience in high-intensity interval and functional strength training, Camille has the knowledge and skills to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals while having fun and enjoying the fitness community.
Having come from a corporate background, Camille understands the challenges of balancing work, home and gym life, as well as the incredible feeling of satisfaction when you get that balance right.

Jamie is Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath and is also one of our coaches. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles in the health industry including over 4 years’ experience in managing large commercial gyms. His life-long ambition has been to help others achieve the same joy, pride and happiness that comes from achieving fitness goals and to also recreate the same sense of friendship and community he experienced when he began his fitness journey 25 years ago.
Jamie has trained with elite powerlifters, bodybuilders, weightlifters and CrossFit athletes. He has also trained for 5 years in Muay Thai and Boxing coached by NSW State Champions. He has a particular interest in Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit.

Kiriana is Director and Co-Owner of The Results Room and CrossFit Aftermath and is in charge of our back-office system, administration and customer relationship management. Kiriana’s previous roles in Recruitment and Human Resource management have developed high level skills in networking, customer retention and event management.
Kiriana represented her state in Netball and Athletics in England. She also Rowed at an elite level, competing all across England and got through to the finals at Henley Regatta in the UK on two separate occasions while at university.
She specialises in all things rowing.

Muzz is one of our coaches at The Results Room/CrossFit Aftermath. With over thirteen years of Strength and Conditioning, CrossFit and Functional Fitness coaching experience both in Australia and the USA his focus has always been on optimising athletic performance. Coach Muzz has continually developed his coaching techniques and strategies incorporating the Conjugate Method, StrongFit principles, Weightlifting, Powerlifting and CARS (Controlled Articular Rotations) into his programming and coaching. He enjoys applying his knowledge to help unlock people’s full potential as an athlete. This isn’t only just the physical side of things but also developing a strong mental game with it. He loves seeing people performing to the best of their abilities and wanting to learn and achieve new goals every time they step in the gym. Muzz is currently studying for a Masters in High Performance Sport and has a Bachelors in Sports and Exercise Science as well as his Cert III and IV in Fitness.

Richie is primarily an exercise specialist and health and wellness presenter. He operates a Personal Training business in Melbourne where he lives, and is offering our clients at The Results Room a personalised online body recomposition system combining goal specific programming and nutritional support service as an additional value add to our existing membership options through individual consultation.
Richie is a professional Physique athlete within the International Natural Body Building Association (INBA). He has represented Australia at the pinnacle of natural bodybuilding the ‘Natural Olympia 2015’ where he was awarded a silver and bronze medal across two divisions for Mr Physique.
Richie’s area of specialty is body composition transformation using the Recomp system aligning tailored nutrition with goal specific strength training programming. He has over a decade of experience working as a strength and conditioning coach for elite level athletes or clients seeking a superior level of conditioning with support and accountability which inevitably produces optimal tangible results.
